The Law of Effective Communication

Effective Communication is key. What you say to yourself and others; what others say to themselves and you; What you both understand about what you’re communicating is the key to great rapport. This determines whether you have a great personal or business relationship. 
 
The evidence that you have communicated effectively is measured by the response you get from the person you’re communicating with. There really are no unreasonable and resistant people, only inflexible and ineffective communicators
 
If you communicate effectively and right you will get the right response you want. You get what you deserve based on your communication.  To survive and succeed in your personal life and career, you need effective communication skills. This is because almost everything about your life and career involves interacting with people; friends, colleagues, even in your relations with your bosses and superiors.
 
How can you even get a girlfriend, boyfriend or job without proper communication? How can you be a great pastor, leader, father, mother, teacher or anything in like without effective communication skills? 

Dialogue Not Monlogue

Effective communication is a dialogue not a monologue. It is about understanding each other at many depths and levels. It’s not as simple and natural as many think.
