Principle 4 – The Law of Writing and Review. Write Down Your Goals and Vision.
Make it Plain to Read and Run with. Review it from time to time. Write it down in the present tense and past tense. As you visualize and picture your vision and purpose, you must write it down as if it has already been achieved.
Ryan Murphy’s Olympic Goal For Gold!
As Ryan Murphy’s mother dug through some old piles of papers in 2105, she discovered a long-forgotten book written by her son. It was a school project titled “My Swimming Life” that her son had written when he was 8 years old stating his ambitions and goals Murphy for his swimming career.
Ryan Murphy wrote this when he was a young boy.
At age 21 in the 2016 Rio Olympics, Ryan Murphy did not only become an Olympian, he won gold medals in the men’s 100m and 200m backstroke swim competitions and set a new world record in the 100m backstroke just like he wrote in his book when he was 8 years old! Although Murphy didn’t remember writing the school project his mom found, he saw the significance of what he did as a little boy and understood the part it played in taking him to where he is now.
“If you get to see the book, the drawings are terrible, but the mentality was there from a very young age,” he said. “That’s part of what propelled me to this stage.” Murphy said in an interview in 2016 after winning the gold medal.

Your goals and vision must be written down in testimonial form. It must be affirmed and confessed as if it is already done. It must be reviewed and reaffirmed as if its done daily. This makes the picture and vision clearer and more real. Writing and Reviewing regularly helps you build faith
Habakkuk 2:2 – And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
The tense you write in (present and/or past) tricks the subconscious mind to believe that its already done and propels it to activate the resources for its fulfillment.
